4pm | Four Pillars Gin Cocktail + nibbles on arrival
5pm | Sit down 5 course dinner featuring Tera Preta Braidwood Truffles +  high country, cool climate wines from Ravensworth, Canberra and non alcoholic sodas for the non drinkers
8pm | Nightcap by the fire and a special gift to take home.

Analiese Gregory
Analiese has worked in some of Europe and Australia's most prestigious kitchens including The Ledbury, Mugaritz, Michel Bras and as a sous-chef for Peter Gilmore at Sydney's Quay. In 2015 she was Time Out 2015’s Hot New Talent winner for her time spent at ACME. Analiese now co-owns and runs the newly opened Bar Brosé in Darlinghurst, Sydney and will soon be moving south to Tasmania to take on the head-chef role at Franklin, Hobart.

Nestled in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, just two hours south of Sydney, it is a place of rejuvenation, inspiration & raw luxury. Owned & operated by LISA MADIGAN & launched in 2015, THE COTTAGE welcome travellers as boutique accommodation & occasionally transforms into a magical location for niche events & special endeavours. White on white & with plenty of warmth this historic house oozes character & charm

For those wanting to make a weekend getaway of it and settle in for the night, there are a number of cosy airbnb accommodation options in Kangaroo Valley as well as in neighbouring Berry (20mins drive down the mountain) and The Southern Highlands (30mins drive up the mountain). Although we would love to accomodate you at THE COTTAGE, unfortunately things will be a little too bustling to host sleepovers this time around. 

Please note: due to the nature of the evening, we are unable to cater to dietary preferences at the dinner. However, we are happy to field any questions if you would like to throw them at us. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
