Join us for an early autumn evening picnic to celebrate the release of Emiko Davies second cookbook, Acquacotta.
It uncovers the recipes and stories from an unsung corner of Tuscany's Maremma region known as the Silver Coast, a place of thick, forest-covered hills, crumbling hilltop villages, idyllic coastline and a rustic and wholesome peasant cuisine that calls for sharing with friends or family, gathered around a big table - or in this case, a picnic blanket.
Emiko will prepare antipasto, seafood and vegetable dishes and dessert from the cookbook.
